I like the design for your two-step direct marketing tool. Its unclear to me, though, on what you are offering. Is it a free workshop? And is it ongoing workshops? However, I do appreciate your instructions to the information the potential client would need to input on the next page.

I actually really like the idea of this jotform. Not only does it look nice, it seems like a more speedy process so clients will be more inclined to answer the questions. Good job figuring out how to get it posted to your blog.
